Scarring occurs as a result of trauma to the skin, leading to a change in colour or texture of the affected area. This is a natural part of the healing process. We offer a range of effective treatments to address this concern.

Causes:

Damage to the skin, whether it be through an injury, burn, surgery or underlying skin condition such as acne, can lead to scarring.

Symptoms:

An area affected by scarring may appear raised and lumpy or tight and indented. Discolouration is commonly associated where the area may appear red, purple or darkened, this is referred to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) or erythema (PIE).

Going through cancer has been one of the scariest and most difficult experiences of my life. When you face an illness like this, you realise how precious life is and how much a little kindness, understanding, and warmth can mean. Returning to Dr Ana Skin Clinic today was an emotional moment for me, and the way Dr Ana welcomed me back touched my heart more than words can express.
Dr Ana is not only an exceptionally talented and highly skilled doctor, but, above all, a truly wonderful woman with a beautiful heart. She understands that illness does not discriminate, that life can change for any of us, and that behind every face is a person with feelings, fears, and a story. Her compassion made me feel welcomed, understood, and cared for at a time when I needed it most.
A very special thank you to Kelly, with whom I shared a few tears today. Sometimes, words are simply not enough, and it is in these emotional moments that the true kindness of another person shines through. Thank you for your warmth, understanding, and for making me feel that I was not just another client walking through the door.

He was extremely knowledgeable about good skin care and the combinations of products and treatments that can be used. Anastasia gave further advice about skin care.  I bought a few items that I am delighted with.
